This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. The box was delivered with Calphalon written all over the box. Huge disappointment and your customer service people did not care.

Horrible do not buy
My husband purchased these for me for Christmas. I’ve used them twice hand washed both times and the coding is already coming off of the outside of two of them. I contacted the company via email with provided pictures. They refuse to replace them. I didn’t even want a new full set. I just wanted the two replaced.If I could get this less than one star, I would. This just clearly goes to show that they are poorly made.

Awesome pots and pans!
This cookware set is perfect for my family. Easy to clean and food cooks evenly with no sticking. I do recommend handwashing only and I use wooden utensils to protect the finish. Our last set lasted almost 10 years. I also like that they are lightweight and like the drain feature on the lids.

Great gor everyday cookware. Looks good!
Love it. I have some of the original Calphalon that I have had at least 45 years. My mom and I ran a gourmet kitchen shop and sold a few high end cookware lines. This isntvas thick and heavy which I appreciate. Easy yo handle. Cooks great and even. Like the handles and lids. The original cookwarw didnt have glat lids. All aluminum. Love the glass saucepan strainer lids!!!!!

Black Residue
I was so in love with this set when I got it, however I started noticing black marks on my dish towels when drying any of the pots I used. then was told that this isn't covered in any warranty. I am not sure of what this black residue is but I can't believe this would happen to a calphalon product.

Watch out could burn your hand
Use the pot twice boiling water the handle gets too hot to handle so I stopped using it and went back to old one pot for tea bags. The spout for the pot doesn't seems to work well for me might be I need more use to learn the velocity. The pans works great big enough for everything I need, easy to clean. Used all of them and I like them.

Terrible product
Got this set as a wedding gift. Have only been using the pans for less than a year and the cooking surface is peeling and the is a defined raised circle in the middle of two of the pans. I have only ever used wooden utensils while cooking with these and they are hand washed only. Contacted the company in regard to the warranty and was told they are not covered by the warranty. I inquired as to how they are not covered by the warranty and have gotten no response. Will never buy another product from this company. Terrible product, terrible customer service.
