Rated 2 out of 5 by from ALMOST gave it 3 stars. Like the design, and how it performed when I 1st purchased it. Its been my most used pan since 2019. Pretty sure it was released Jan. 10, 2019. Contacted CS to get a replacement, and was denied. Looks like normal wear n' tear to me. No deep scratches. Mainly just the non-stick is completely gone. Kinda feel the the warranty is false advertising.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lesser quality I ordered these pans to replace my nonstick Calphalon pans that I purchased about 4 years ago. I am disappointed by the redesign. These new pans have a hollow handle that gets hot very easily. At times I have to use an oven mitt to use them. My old Calphalon pans had a solid handle that did not get warm.

I have owned Calphalon pans since I graduated high school…since I’ve been married 21 years I’ve owned 2 sets of Calphalon cookware…I cook EVERY DAY for my family and have just replaced the 8 and 10 inch pans…WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT‼️‼️‼️ These are NOT THE SAME QUALITY I HAVE GROWN TO EXPECT FROM CALPHALON!!! The HOLLOW HANDLES ARE ABSOLUTE GARBAGE‼️‼️‼️ IMPOSSIBLE to clean inside the handles which is so GROSS!!! WHY????? I am currently looking for an entire new set OF HIGH QUALITY COOKWARE…THIS IS NO LONGER A HIGH QUALITY BRAND!!! I can promise you my new cookware will NOT be Calphalon!!!

They are great and I would by them every time. I went back and bought one, it was a very good price for how well it worked. It cooks evenly.

I noticed that my frying pans were all scratched up, so I replaced them with Calphalon. They are the best frying pans I have ever had. I wish they had the same handles as my pots, metal with rubber surround, but these are wonderful and I will be buying more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Versatile Pans I have had other Calphalon products in the past but never pans like these. As always be cautious with nonstick and don’t use metal utensils in them. These pans have a nice weight. They aren’t too heavy or too light. They have a higher edge with a more rounded shape than most I have used. It takes a little getting used to but overall I feel the shape has been working really well. They are definitely nonstick which is nice. I have used them to toast tortillas, sauce vegetables, and more. I also like that the handle stays cool enough to touch without needing an oven mitt. This is especially nice when I prefer to just toss in the pan instead of stirring. It gets a little warm close to the pan but not too bad. I haven’t used these a ton yet but they do offer a warranty which is nice. I think these will hold up pretty well over time with proper care. Overall I would recommend these pans.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great non-stick fry pan. The Cephalon fry pans are great. It comes in a 10 IN and an 8 IN duo. Thy are non-stick and you can use it in an electric, gas, glass top and it is oven safe to 450• F. It also has a 10 year warranty.

The handles are comfortable, and the pans are lightweight, making them easy to use. Cleaning is a breeze, too. I highly recommend this set and plan to purchase the larger size in the future.

These pans are made to last, they are the best quality out there! I have had a pan for over 4 years now and it’s still going strong. The non-stick surface makes cooking effortlessly and quickly. Just don’t damage them by using oil sprays. Highly recommended this brand of pans!

I tested their non-stick capacity with some nice greasy chorizo and was pleasantly surprised to find that the claim was true. The pan was incredibly easy to clean afterwards and there was no greasy residue. The heat was distributed perfectly, we have an electric stove and pans can tend to overheat even on a low setting, but this held up really well. It’s a solid, sturdy material which likely helps with the heat distribution. I’m so glad to have the smaller and the larger frying pan to use!

They say they’re dishwasher safe but to further lengthen their usage I will only hand wash. They cook things really nicely and evenly and are easy to wipe up after. I’m super happy so far .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The non stick is real ! These nonstick frying pans did the job ! They are by far the best pans that I have ever owned . They are super easy to clean ,the nonstick is real . I was even able to cook pork belly in the 10 in and it didn't leave a bit of cooked on anything in the pan . The heat distribution was fairly even and even though I have not put them in the oven yet I feel like that feature is going to be awesome .

Other than that cooking in these pans have been a dream. Clean up easy. Don't scratch easily. Price point isn’t super terrible for decent pans. Overall, I love them.

I love that they’re dishwasher safe so I can put them in the dishwasher for easy cleaning! The first night I received these my Kids asked for fried eggs so I used these to make them and they cooked them perfectly. Absolutely no issue with sticking or uneven heating. Im extremely impressed by these pans.
