I was highly disappointed to see it is not at all up to the quality of the set. It is not heavy and not American made, two qualities that were very important when I purchased the set.

Cooking with the pans is great but I do not like the handle, I would prefer the handles on the 10” pans. There might be a very good reason for this type of handle, it’s just not my choice. I repeat, I do like cooking with the Calphalon pans that we have.

LOL but our last Calphalon pan was old and we used it everyday and the nonstick surface was starting to peel away. She had been looking at store seeing if she could find one but kept telling me she couldn't. Now I am going to be looking for a square pan for cooking bacon. Any ideas? Thanks again Rich

It distributed the heat evenly along the food and you can tell that this pan is built to last. Very durable. It’s easy to clean and the perfect size my foods for me and my lunch foods since I work from home.

I wish I had a full line of cookware because I cook daily. Handle and pan are nice and thick, sturdy and will last long. It’s easy to clean and didn’t scratch easily. It’s a nice egg sized pan, and they cooked well and evenly.

I love how easy it is to clean. It heats evenly, which is great. The only complaint I have is how hot the handle gets, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars!
