Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this frying pan I love this frying pan. It's an amazing size big enough for a few eggs and it's non-stick and durable. It was so easy to clean the pan afterwards. The handle didn't get hot during cooking which means heat was distributed evenly. Fully reccomended

I wish I had a full line of cookware because I cook daily. Handle and pan are nice and thick, sturdy and will last long. It’s easy to clean and didn’t scratch easily. It’s a nice egg sized pan, and they cooked well and evenly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great pan, handle gets hot.. I love this little Calphalon Pan! It is a perfect size for frying an egg or sautéed onions and peppers, which I do a lot of both! I love how easy it is to clean. It heats evenly, which is great. The only complaint I have is how hot the handle gets, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars!

The 8” pan is perfect to use for anything from a quick sauté or cooking an omelette. You can use it on the stovetop or in the oven. Calphalon products are known to hold up well for years, and are at a great price point for the quality. The only downside is the handle gets hot super fast so make sure to use an oven mitt when removing from the stovetop or oven. Highly recommend looking into brands to make cooking and clean up simple!

I didn't use any oil to cook my eggs and they came out nicely, without sticking to the pan. It is also easy to clean, so this will definitely be my go to fry pan for small meals.
