poor non-stick performance, no Customer support
I have been using frying pans from this collection for a while now. Never in dishwasher, only handwash. Only silicone utensils. only medium heat.
Unfortunately after few years all the food sticks to the pan and the non-stick cover is fading out.
Worst part is it has lifetime warranty and no help from the customer support. I have proof of purchase and THEY DON"T HONOR THE LIFETIME WARRANTY.

Glass Lids with Long Handles
I bought the whole set several months ago, and I love them so much. They stack nicely. They are easy to clean. When I cook food in them everything turns out nice be it eggs, potatoes or meat. I really like the design of the glass lids with the long handles. The pots are a little heavier that I am use to but I am making the adjustment. These pots also hold heat so I have to lower the temperature when I use them but no problem with that. Absolutely love how these pots stack inside of each other. I will be ordering a few more pots to go with my set.

Buyer beware!!!!
I bought the equivalent of this set and just tried to claim the lifetime warranty- and let me tell you, they do NOT honor their policy. In fact the customer service rep came up with every excuse not to honor the warranty, even though I had proof of purchase and they had replaced one pan for me a few months ago. Now suddenly, my pans don’t qualify and that was “a one time exception”. Make that make sense- how does a set go from lifetime warranty to- sorry this doesn’t qualify in a matter of months? Also- how misleading to sell something with a lifetime warranty but then suddenly claim that it no longer qualifies… pretty scammy if you ask me. The cx rep refused to connect me with his manager even after asking over 10 times. So incredibly frustrating. I honestly will never buy from calphalon again and am now motivated to make sure no one else will either. Buy at your own risk a they do not make good on their promises. Terrible customer service and totally misleading business practices !!!!

Warranty
I will never purchase from chaphalon again. They have excuses for not covering the lifetime warranty and tell me there’s not enough damage to replace and I’ve had my cookware at least 5-6 years, the food sticks to the bottom of the pans. they say the damage is not enough to replace.

Calphalon does not stand by the lifetime warranty!
Calphalon does not stand by their lifetime warranty.
We attempted to replace under warranty two pans with loose rivets. One of those two pans was replaced appropriately. The other was not.
The company claimed that the pan they did not replace was not available yet. Clearly it is available as part of a set. They replaced the second pan with one of a completely different size, which was not part of the space saving set feature. Nor would any lids fit the second pan.
I was extremely patient with the company. They were slow to respond. I’ve given them every chance to make this right. I would not buy from this company again.

Buyer beware!
My grandmother purchased these for me about 18 months ago as a housewarming gift. At first I was very satisfied but leds than 2 years of cooking with them- and caring for them as the instructions say- the coating is coming off and a rust spot is forming on the cooking surface of one of the pots. They did not honor their lifetime warranty. I am getting my mother a set for Christmas and WILL NOT consider another Calphalon product.

Terrible customer service and product
Purchased 2 years ago, tephlon scrapping off entire set even thought i only use silicone utensils. Supposed to have a 10 year warranty but the warranty process is so insane and they make you send it back but if I sent my whole set back now I have nothing to cook with so now I have to buy a whole new set. Customer service literally does not get back to you, I have emailed them over 10 times since September and not a single response. Even when I've tried to do a warranty claim still no one gets back to me. The worst customer service. I've had calphalon before and warranty claims were easy, someone actually got back to you and you didn't have to send product back. Why spend $$ on this when you'll just have to buy new ones soon.

Lifetime Warranty Not Honored
The cookware quality was fine at first, but the coating started peeling and company denied my warranty claim. If you’re buying bc of lifetime warranty, be aware they may not honor it. I followed all care instructions and provided photos, but still refused to help. Not a brand that stands behind its products or their warranty.

Poor costumer services
I had to make a warranty claim since the nonstick wasn’t holding up and was told I had to send my pans in to get them covered under warranty since I didn’t have a receipt cause they were a Christmas gift. The email stated that it would take 10 days once they receive my old pans to when I would see my replacement. It’s been 4 weeks and they say they can’t find the pans I sent them. Even though I sent them the tracking number showing it got delivered to them. The also told me that 10 days is not accurate. It’s 6 plus weeks. How are you supposed to cook if your pas fail and then have to wait 6 weeks to replacements? Like another person said make sure you have your receipt otherwise you have to deal with this nightmare

We're on our second set of these pans and both times the sauce pans lost their coating down to the metal on the inside. We purchased our second set less than two years ago. The reason we purchased the second time is that we like the stackability of the set and the pans were suppose to half a much more durable coating. They do not! Very dissapointing!

This was my first time buying this brand and it is by far the absolute best. I love my set however, the non stick on the two smaller depth pans (larger and small) are starting to fade after 4 years. YES, I only use cloth dish towels (never use the dishwasher), wood or plastic/ceramic utensils. Unfortunately after 4 years I don't have a receipt and the smaller size primer is not sold by itself just the larger size one is. Anyway love the set and I recommend but HOLD ON TO YOUR RECEIPT!!

The Champ of Non Stick
I have tried many non stick cookware over the years. Even thought about purchasing the “as seen on tv” brands. None have lived up to the hype until now. These pots and pans are the truth. They cook evenly and hold the desired temperature without fail. I definitely will be purchasing more pieces in the set. The bonus is the stacking space saving feature. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Has lasted since 2018
I am still using this set from 2018 that I had got from Macy's for $350. I have been using it atleast 4 days a week.
To care for them, I have always handwashed them with non-abrasive cleaning pads and dawn dish soap. The lids wash well in dishwasher. Also, I have used only silicone spatulas.
Costco carried this line in around 2020- 2021 for about $400 and I gifted it to my mom, brother and a friend. They all loved it and are still using it.
I wanted to gift it again but it's become very expensive now and there aren't many options with stackable feature. IMHO stackable feature and lids with no handles sticking out is genius. It really fits well in my drawer.
A point to note, a All Clad non stick wok didn't last a year with the same care. It scrathed very easily.
Calphalon, please make these more affordable and bring back other sizes.bThe 4qt space saving chef's pan in non-stick and stainless steel was awesome. Hope you make it again.

The only reason I gave 3 stars is the space saving
I bought it three years ago. After a month, you could see wear signs. Even the bottom part looks weird. One of the pans never sat properly on the stove. The greatest feature is the space-saving option. Heavy wearing off so soon. I only kept using it because I paid too much just to throw it away. I think you have to do your deeper research before you decide to buy cookware.

I got this set as a Christmas present about 2 years ago. I’m not happy with them then and still not happy now. They started peeling almost immediately and come to find out we been eating teflon. Yum! I will be purchasing new cookware with no teflon.

I was gifted a stackable set for Mother's Day a couple of years ago. Sadly I had to throw out the 8" frying pan this morning. I tried seasoning the pan serveral times because the pan lost it non-stick feature and no matter how much oil, butter, or oil base food I cook in this pan EVERYTHING STUCK.
I figured I would just buy another one through Calphalon's web site but they do not sell THIS pan separately. 😒

Disappointing
I purchased this set in March of 2023 and would not buy it again. At first it was good, but after about 6 months the coating on the bottom began chipping and peeling off. It has also scratched really easily which doesn’t make sense since I use only silicon and wooden cooking utensils.

I want to love them, but after two sets I can't.
After around four years my first set started to fail. The non-stick began to degrade and discolor. I only used non-metal utinsels. Calphalon replaced that set with a new set that performed better out of the box, but then failed after around 3 years and has failed worse than the first set. Not only is the non stick discoloring, it's scarring like I was cutting food inside the pan. Again, I haven't used any metal utinsels and I always used moderate heat. I never leave the cookware in the sink to be damaged. They always go straight into the dishwasher after gentle cleaning away any debris. It's sad because these pans perform fantastic for the first 2-3 years. Unfortunately, their durability is not as advertised. The price doesn't meet the quality. This is a "3" because of Calphalon's excellent customer service, the space saving, and performance out of the box and its initial performance for 2-3 years.

Avoid these pots & pans - they scrach so easily!
Don't waste your money on these pans! I was so excited to receive this set as a gift, but was disappointed very quickly. Within weeks of casual use (following ALL the recommendations from the company), one of the pots became scratched. The warranty process to replace it was awful & took forever. When a 2nd pot became scratched mere months later, I was shocked to have my warranty claim denied (because the set was purchased on Amazon). After less than 2 years of using these pans (primarily using wood or silicone utensils, washing by hand &/or by our nearly new dishwasher), at least half are scratched (& I'm uncomfortable using). Don't waste your money!

Poor quality !! Do not buy
Very bad experience!!! Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
Bought this set and with in 6 months , I started seeing the wear off of non stick layer on every pan even with minimal use. Never used any metal spoons on this and still seeing this. Feels like a very poor quality.
Tried contacting customer care several times and they ask to send a pictures and the pictures wouldn’t catch the problems I am talking about. Also their uploading portal is not a pleasant experience either.

Sving grace: customer service and lifetime warrant
Customer service has been phenomenal. That is why I give it a 4 star rating. The product itself is horrible. The mineral shield coating has flaked off and the items have been replaced and the new ones are also flaking off. I like the convenience of space saving. The outside stains easily. You cannot use metal utensils because they would damage the coating.
