Vanilla Bean Affogato

This glammed-up affogato reimagines the classic Italian dessert with vanilla bean gelato, a pour of fresh espresso, and a dazzling dusting of edible gold.

Ingredients

• 1 ounce espresso 
• 2 scoops vanilla bean gelato (or ice cream)

Instructions

1. Scoop vanilla bean gelato into a serving glass.
2. Brew espresso following the instructions of your Mr. Coffee Espresso Maker and gently pour over ice cream.
3. Sprinkle a pinch of edible gold on top for a dazzling effect.
