Ingredients
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tbsp molasses
3 to 5 slices of fresh ginger
Instructions
To make a gingerbread simple syrup, in a small saucepan, add in the water, brown sugar, molasses and fresh ginger. Bring it to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.
In a coffee mug, add in 2 tablespoons of the gingerbread syrup and ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder. Place the mug on the drip tray.
