Hazelnut Coffee with Toasted Marshmallow Cream

The perfect drink for colder winter months, this easy-to-make coffee recipe combines sweet hazelnut with fluffy marshmallow.

Hazelnut Coffee with Toasted Marshmallow Cream

Ingredients:

  Coffee:

  • 8 ounces strong brewed coffee of choice (hot or iced!)
  • 1 teaspoon hazelnut syrup
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half (warmed for 20-30 seconds if your beverage of choice is hot)



  Marshmallow cream:

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon toasted marshmallow flavoring 


Instructions:

  1. Brew the coffee, hot or iced, with your Mr. Coffee coffee maker according to the machine instructions.
  2. Mix the hazelnut syrup and half-and-half into the coffee.
  3. With a hand or standing mixer, beat heavy cream and marshmallow flavoring until stiff peaks form, about 60 to 90 seconds.
  4. Spoon cream on top of coffee, and top with toasted mini marshmallows.
  5. Enjoy!
