Honey Lavender Iced Coffee
A little sweet, a little floral, and perfectly creamy, this lavender-laced iced coffee is perfect for spring!

Ingredients
Honey Lavender Syrup:
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons lavender buds
Iced Coffee:
- Water
- Ground coffee
- ⅜ cup milk
- ⅛ cup cream
- 1 ½ tablespoons lavender syrup
Instructions
Honey Lavender Syrup:
- In a small saucepan, whisk together 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and 2 teaspoons lavender buds.
- Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved.
- Remove from heat, cover, and allow the lavender to steep for one hour.
- Strain lavender from syrup. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Iced Coffee:
- Add 3/4 cup water and 1 (heaping) large scoop ground coffee to your Mr. Coffee Frappe Coffee Maker.
- Fill the included tumbler with ice up to the marker.
- Brew coffee over ice according to machine instructions.
- Add 3/8 cup milk, 1/8 cup cream, and 1½ tablespoons lavender syrup to the blending jar.
- Cover and pulse until the mixture is foamy.
- Pour milk mixture into coffee.
- Stir and garnish with lavender buds.
- Serve and enjoy!
