Peanut Butter Frappe

Kick back, relax, and enjoy this completely indulgent and utterly decadent Peanut Butter Frappe.

 Peanut Butter Frappe

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Syrup:

  • ¼ cup half-and-half
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon creamy all-natural unsweetened peanut butter

Peanut Whipped Cream:

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon creamy all-natural unsweetened peanut butter
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions

Peanut Butter Syrup:

  1. In a small sauce pan over medium to high heat, place ¼ cup half-and-half, ¼ cup granulated sugar, and 1 tablespoon creamy all-natural unsweetened peanut butter.
  2. Whisk continuously and allow mixture to fully dissolve until it just begins to bubble and become smooth.
  3. Remove from the heat and proceed with making your frappe according to the coffee maker instructions. (Separation is natural in this syrup, so give it a quick stir before you add it to the frappe if you desire).
  4. Use half-and-half instead of milk and add your syrup just before you brew your coffee over the ice.

Frappe:

  1. Brew the frappe with your Mr. Coffee Frappe Coffee Maker.

Peanut Whipped Cream:

  1. Combine ½ cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon creamy all-natural unsweetened peanut butter, and a splash of vanilla in a small bowl, and beat until stiff peaks form.
  2. Pipe or spoon the whip cream onto the Frappe, top with crushed peanut butter cups.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
