Peppermint White Chocolate Coffee

This sweet and minty coffee recipe is a warm and comforting holiday hug in a mug!

Peppermint White Chocolate Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces bold coffee
  • 8 ounces milk of choice
  • ¼ cup white chocolate powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pure peppermint extract
  • Garnishes of choice 


Instructions:

  1. Brew the coffee in the Mr. Coffee coffee maker.
  2. Warm your milk either in the microwave for 45 to 60 seconds (being cautious as it might be hot!) or on the stove top in a small sauce pan, heating on medium until it is warm to your liking.
  3. Whisk the white chocolate powder and peppermint extract into the warm milk and pour into the hot brewed coffee.
  4. Top with milk foam and garnishes of choice if desired.
  5. Enjoy!
