Pumpkin Caramel Crème Frappe
This creamy, dreamy frappe is topped with luscious caramel sweet foam and loaded with fall flavors.
Ingredients:
Frappe:
- Half and half
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin pie syrup
- 3 tablespoons salted caramel syrup
Caramel Sweet Cream Cold Foam:
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
Instructions:
- Using your Mr. Coffee Frappe coffee maker, follow machine instructions to brew coffee for a frappe. Next, fill half-and-half to the ‘Milk’ line, and fill ice to the ‘Ice’ line. Add 3 tablespoons of pumpkin pie syrup, 3 tablespoons salted caramel syrup, and then blend.
- To make caramel sweet cream cold foam, combine 1/4 cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoons whole milk, and 2 tablespoons of homemade or store-bought caramel sauce in a small bowl. Blend for about one minute, until mixture becomes a frothy foam.
- Assemble by pouring frappe into a glass and top with sweet cream foam a plus an additional drizzle of caramel sauce.
