No worries, we are here to help. A burnt tasting coffee normally occurs if the beans are over roasted, or if you overcook the coffee. This can also occur if you brew your coffee with too-hot water for too long. Your coffee grind might also be either too fine or you are over filling the basket and tamping the coffee too much. To remedy a burnt tasting coffee, use a slightly coarse coffee grind. This will help the water to seep through the grind more evenly without too much resistance, and it won&amp;rsquo;t overcook the coffee. You may also contact us directly if it will not work.
