Make sure the "Brew/Off" button is pressed and illuminated.
Try plugging the brewer into its own outlet, and check to make sure it is plugged in securely.
If this does not work, try a different outlet.
If the brewer is cold or frozen, wait at least two hours for it to reach room temperature before powering it on.
Check to make sure there is water in the reservoir and that the brew head is closed securely. (Note: the Brew/Off button will flash if the brew head is open.)
Try lifting the brew head and replacing the Keurig® K-Cup® pack to reset the brewer.

 

Press the "Brew/Off" button to begin brewing. The add water light will then turn off.

The exit needle may be clogged. Refer to the manual (pg. 14) for cleaning information. Clean the Keurig® K-Cup® assembly housing if necessary and rinse it under a faucet. Refer to the manual (pg. 14) for information.

The brewer may need to be descaled. Refer to the manual (pg. 16) for information.

Make sure the Keurig® K-Cup® assembly housing is removed. Ensure the Keurig® K-Cup® lid is secured tightly.
